Lucknow to have fleet of 40 Electric Buses

Lucknow recently flag off the electric buses for daily commuting purpose. Lucknow City Transport Service Limited (LCTSL) has made an agreement with Tata Motors to supply 40 electric buses with in next four months. 

Tata Motors as part of agreement will supply Ultra 9m AC Electric buses to LCTSL. The first one was flagged off  on February 10, 2019 from Alambagh Depot for Gomti Nagar Route. 

This Ultra 9m AC Electric Bus can run 150 kms in a single charge. It has 31 seats and is tested by Tata Motors various terrain.
